Worthy

If I am really worthy
Why not glow in my presence?
Why muse on things unnecessary?
Why cry on imagined hurts?
Why focus on the mundane?
Why not cherish the profound?
Why not celebrate each moment together?
Why fury on few seconds apart?
Why pump yourself with hatred?
For hours and hours alone
Till nothing can be seen
No love
No passion
Just pain
Real pain
Created by anger and anguish
Uncontrolled
Always justified
Drowned in streams of tears
Till all our beauty is hazy
And flames of blame ignite
And this burning inside begins to eat
Our entire house down
Please dear, oh very dear
Choose happiness my love
And if you can
Keep your hand firmly in mine
Believe in yourself
Make life worth living
Make us worth envying
But if I am not worthy
Than throw me into darkness alone
Don't ever cry for me again
Because when history will be rewritten
I was just a pain for you
And a cancer well removed

  1. Forever there

So you have severed the tie
    that binds me to you
    Does the vacuum haunt
    your sunset strolls.
    Still of me you think
    And the longing has you
    in throes of denial.
    Mask you can
    your ears; but mine
    shall fly over you, beneath
    give you a stand.
    I beckon with rustling wings
You move in the babbling brook
I shall change it to a tidal wave
my love, how can I deny
    your wish
    when it hurts thus.
